I love this little fan! I love that it’s chargeable, comes in a compact case and is portable. When sitting outside it the heat, it’s great to have a fan to cool you off, or to help cool off your fur babies. This was a great purchase.
This fan is exactly as advertised. It is compact, easy to use, and I love the carrying case! I highly recommend it!

The extension was a great idea. Took it on a trip recently and didn’t have to set it on the bed side table with all my other things so I had plenty of room!!!
Wow! A product that is better than advertised! Never happens…until this fan. Not only solidly built but it works perfectly! Great, great style, heavy duty, excellent design. And it’s so quiet! I highly recommend this. It’s small, so if you want big, this isn’t the one for you but perfect, perfect in build and operation! Bravo!

Sounds like a charging issue - reach out to support. Your charging head might not be compatible.
So far, I really love the functionality, airflow and white noise. I haven’t sorted out the full charge yet, but note you can plug it in when it’s dead and run it while charging. The remote is handy, and the light is nice! Love the variations of set up! I would recommend this to someone who must have a fan while they sleep.
I love my new Venty fan! It is so sleek and modern. It works very efficiently and the air movement/flow is wonderful. It would have received 5 stars which it deserves however, I can't find a place where the charger cube that goes into the outlet is stored in the case. There should be a spot in the case for it to be stored so the unit is complete and all together. Otherwise, fantastic product!
We charged it up and ran it on low for over 10 hours before stopping it. More than exceeded our expectations. Plan to use it outside on these hot days and I believe it will work well.
Small enough to fit in a suitcase and has a long battery life.
